Setup Instructions by Carrier

To Activate:

  1. Dial *72 from your business phone
  2. Enter your Ringing.io number
  3. Wait for confirmation tone

To Deactivate:

Simply dial *73

To Activate:

  1. Dial *21* + Ringing.io number + #
  2. Example: *21*17782001234#
  3. Listen for confirmation

To Deactivate:

Dial #21#

  1. Log into your admin portal
  2. Navigate to Call Handling & Forwarding
  3. Add forwarding rule with Ringing.io number
  4. Set conditions (always, busy, no answer, schedule)
  5. Save and test configuration

Test Your Setup

After configuring forwarding, call your business number from another phone to verify Ringing.io answers correctly.
