Setup Instructions by Carrier
To Activate:
- Dial *72 from your business phone
- Enter your Ringing.io number
- Wait for confirmation tone
To Deactivate:
Simply dial *73
To Activate:
- Dial *21* + Ringing.io number + #
- Example: *21*17782001234#
- Listen for confirmation
To Deactivate:
Dial #21#
- Log into your admin portal
- Navigate to Call Handling & Forwarding
- Add forwarding rule with Ringing.io number
- Set conditions (always, busy, no answer, schedule)
- Save and test configuration
Test Your Setup
After configuring forwarding, call your business number from another phone to verify Ringing.io answers correctly.
