Step 1: Sign Up for Your Account

1. Visit app.ringing.io/sign-up
2. Enter your business email and create a password
3. Verify your email address through the confirmation link

Step 2: Business Information Setup

Our AI will automatically scan your website to learn about your business. You'll need to:

1. Enter your website URL
2. Confirm or edit the business information we find
3. Add your business hours and timezone
4. Review and approve the generated greeting message

Step 3: Choose Your Phone Number

You have two options:

To start receiving calls through Ringing.io:

1. Log into your current phone provider's portal
2. Set up call forwarding to your new Ringing.io number
3. Choose forwarding options: Always, Busy, No Answer, or Custom Schedule

Step 5: Test Your Setup

1. Call your business number from your mobile phone
2. Listen to how your AI receptionist greets callers
3. Try asking common questions about your business
4. Review the call transcript in your dashboard
